What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer, tablet or mobile phone when you visit the website. These cookies are placed on your computer by your browser and are not stored with Wisa BV. Cookies are unique per visitor and can only be read by a server in the domain that sent the cookie to your computer. Information about your surfing habits is stored in these cookies. Personal information is processed with the placing of cookies. Through the use of cookies a website can recognize you on a subsequent visit to the website. This can be useful, for example, if you do not want to log in again every time you visit the website or if your preferences, such as location and language settings, are remembered.
We use different types of cookies. Below you can read which cookies we use and how you can block, enable, disable or delete them.

Functional cookies
Functional cookies are necessary for a website to function properly or ensure that you can use the website more easily. Consider, for example, storing your login data so that you do not have to log in every time or to cookies for our search function. Also storing the contents of your shopping cart or closing the cookie notification are covered by functional cookies.

Use of permanent cookies:
With the help of a permanent cookie we can recognize you at a new visit on our website. The website can therefore be specially tailored to your preferences. Even if you have given permission for the placing of cookies, we can remember this by means of a cookie. Because of this you do not have to repeat your preferences so you save time and make a better use of our website. You can delete permanent cookies via the settings of your browser.

Use of session cookies:
Using a session cookie we can see which parts of the website you have viewed with this visit. We can adjust our service as much as possible to the surfing behavior of our visitors. These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your web browser.

Analytical  cookies;
Analytical cookies allow us to measure website visits. This way we know which website parts are popular, what information visitors search for and in which places we can improve our website. We continuously analyze and improve the website to make the experience as pleasant as possible for visitors and to improve our services. We can not trace the statistics we collect to people. This data is therefore always used anonymously.

Analytical cookies collect, among other things, the following data:

  • Keeping track of the duration of the visit.
  • The searches performed on the website.
  • Information about your browser and device with which you visit our website, such as operating system and screen size.
  • The way you ended up on our website, for example whether you clicked on one of our advertisements or on a link in an e-mail.
  • Some anonymous data entered in a form.
  • Added products or services to the shopping cart.
