WISA ENSCHEDE B.V., Located at Voorjaarsweg 2 – 6 – 8, 7532 SH in Enschede, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement. We find your privacy very important and ensure that the personal information you share with us is handled with care.

How WISA records personal data

Sharing personal data by WISA with third parties
We provide your personal data if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that have your data in our order, we conclude a processor agreement to guarantee the same level of security and to safeguard the confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these statements.

Suppliers
We use the following suppliers who process personal data on behalf of WISA ENSCHEDE BV, with whom all processing agreements have been concluded: Shockmedia.

Google Analytics
We have signed a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymised and encrypted. The so-called ‘sharing of data’ with Google is off.

How WISA protects personal data
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us at office@wisa.nl.

We have taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

  • Servers and devices of our employees are equipped with current security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.
  • We only send your data via secure internet connections (TLS, formerly SSL). You can see this at the address bar ‘https’ and the padlock.
  • All employees of WISA who have access to personal data are trained in carefully handling your data.
  • DKIM and SPF are internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving e-mails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.

Third party websites
This statement does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected to our websites by means of links. We can not guarantee that these websites handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. Always read the privacy statement of this website before using the relevant website, for more information about how they handle your data.

Minors
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.
