Confirmation - REACH: Substances of Very High Concern.
The REACH legislation is in operation. The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) recently published the "Candidate list of Substance of Very High Concern for Authorisation".
As your supplier we are aware that we have a legal obligation to inform you if any of the substances on the list is present above 0,1% in any of the items we supply to you.
We confirm that the products we supply, not contain any substances from this list, which needs to be (pre)-registered according to the REACH, except some raw materials of articles from category accessories and products made out of polystyrol.
For some of these accessories we are only buyer of a complete product for which some ingredients have to be resgistered according to REACH, and are being registered. The monitoring of this legal registration and the selection of the data safety sheets is only be made by the suppliers of the raw material. They confirm, that they have a dialog with all ther suppliers and institues, to ensure also in future, with the present knowledge and research methods to continue the supply of high quality products after the introduction of REACH.
